Structured for Collaboration
The close relationships formed among the directors and coordinators in GDA firms are the key to its successful collaborations. And they are supported by a multi-level network that shares important information and insights at the times they are most potent.

Firm GDA directors and coordinators - each representing a firm - are in frequent contact to offer new client and project leads and review business development tactics. Directors meet three times a year for an in-depth review of the organization's performance and discussion of key issues of practice.

Special committees explore the future of service businesses and trends in best practices, and individual member firms act as expert resources for topics ranging from green building design to creating a design/build business. Coordinators are responsible for introducing GDA awareness at all levels of each firm.
